
Kampot Pepper in Fleur De Sel is fresh pepper fermented in locally obtained Kampot Fleur de Sel crystals. These peppercorns have a bright, rich and pungent taste. They complement meat and fish dishes, cheese, soups, pâtés, omelet, pasta, salads and sauces, these peppercorns go well as a separate snack and even in toasts with jam or chocolate. No grinding for this particular type of pepper!
